Why do we create team building experiences using wine as a personal development tool?
Team dynamics have changed over the last two years, and those changes are here to stay.
We work and collaborate remotely around the globe but our need for love and belonging remains intact. We still need friendship and companionship if we are to tackle the ever-increasing challenges of our daily work life.
We need to spend time together. We need to connect at a human level. We need to empathise.
Our team building experiences are created to provide the human glue that helps team members relate better to each other. We spend quality time together, create a shared memory and put trust “in the process”. We let the “mountain view” do the talking.

Wine Co-Creation Workshop
Work together to create a new wine that will stand the test of time. The team is on a mission of creating and branding a new bottle of wine by blending 3 different wines. A unique co-creation workshop that uses wine as a working tool.
Storytelling Workshop with wines
In this facilitated and highly interactive team experience, we explore the “Origin” story (the tales of “where it all began," and why that matters). We make use of wines to explain how we can tell our own meaningful stories.
Virtual Team Building Activities
For teams collaborating remotely, this experience brings the opportunity to share personal stories with your colleagues. A bottle of wine, or any drink that feels personal and has a story to tell, becomes a meaningful communication tool.
Wine and Cheese Offsites
This experience provides the chance to taste and discover famous Swiss cheeses and the unique local grape varieties. We can complement it with a journey over the French border exploring Alsace, Jura and Savoie’s wines and cheese history.
LEGO and Wines Workshop
We use the LEGO Serious Play method to learn how to explain, communicate and appreciate wines without technical knowledge, without the wine lingo, just using your hands, the blocks and your creativity. Great team challenge. Serious fun!
