Virtual Team Building Activities Using Wine as a Communication Tool

For teams collaborating remotely, this experience brings the opportunity to share personal stories with your colleagues. Wine, or any drink that feels personal and important to team members, becomes a meaningful communication tool.

Virtual Team Building Activities Using Wine as a Communication Tool

For teams working remotely in different parts of the world, this experience brings the opportunity to share personal stories and develop deeper relationships.

We set up a 90 minutes session on Zoom or Google Meet at the end of the working day for a moment of fun and connection.

We ask team members to bring a bottle of wine (or any other drink) with a story to tell. A local beverage, a nostalgic sip of the first-ever wine, a gift never opened, each one chooses, the important part is the sharing.

With the help of a storytelling facilitator, we will uncover not only what the drink is about, but also what it says about you. Your cultural background, life story, beliefs and values.

We can create many alternative versions of this online experience based on your company's needs or integrate it within other remote activities you may have in view to strengthen your team connection

Virtual Team Building Experience

An atypical team building experience for remote teams.

Incorporating a glass of wine, or any other drink for that matter, a storytelling facilitator and a certified wine expert, this virtual team building activity will be unique.

Creating a relaxed and safe atmosphere, where yet untold personal stories will be shared.

A whole new level of team bonding, and human connection within the group, is assured at the end of this virtual team building experience.
