Co-Creation Workshop Make a New Wine as a Team

Your mission as a team is to work together to create a new wine that will stand the test of time. With the help of wine as a tool, you can co-create a new product for the future, face a challenge with unfamiliar elements, communicate and put into practice goal-setting skills.

Make a new Wine as a Team

All the famous wines in the world share something in common: their longevity, and their capacity to age gracefully.

Your mission as a team is to work together to create a new wine that will stand the test of time.

I’ll give you three wines that aren’t usually blended together. They represent acidity, fruit concentration and tannins.

I’ll teach you about how wines age, and the components that make a bottle of wine develop properly and last.

Then it’s over to you. In small teams, you’ll work on a blend, focussing not on your own tastes, but on creating together that wine that will age well.

You’ll brand your creation (or decide your story) and present it to the rest of the group before we can taste, score the wines and announce a winner.

With the help of wine as a tool, you can co-create a new product for the future, face a challenge with unfamiliar elements, communicate and put into practice goal-setting skills.

Wine co-creation Workshop

A winemaking workshop that teaches the team the principles of longevity and graceful ageing.

We put the group on a mission of creating and branding a new bottle of wine by blending 3 different wines representing acidity, tannins and fruit concentration. A unique co-creation workshop that uses wine as a working and skill-learning tool, going well beyond a standard wine-tasting experience.

(This activity can be integrated as part of an offsite experience)
